These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wholesale beverage ordering service provided by BuzzIt LLC ("BuzzIt," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at buzzitin.ai, our customer portal, and our phone-based ordering line (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01Eligibility

The Service is offered solely to licensed businesses — such as retailers, restaurants, and bars — and to individuals authorized to place orders on their behalf who are of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages in their jurisdiction. You represent that you and your business hold all licenses and permits required to purchase, sell, and handle alcoholic beverages, and that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

02Accounts and Verification

To place orders, your business and the individuals placing orders must be associated with an approved account. We may verify the account name and the name of the person placing an order against our records before processing. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for all activity that occurs under your account.

03Orders, Pricing, and Fulfillment

Orders placed through the Service — including orders placed by phone with our automated ordering assistant — are submitted to your beverage distributor for review, pricing, and fulfillment. BuzzIt facilitates and routes orders; it does not itself sell, price, or deliver products. Product availability, pricing, minimums, delivery windows, and acceptance of any order are determined by your distributor. An order confirmation reflects what was captured on the call, not a guarantee of availability or final pricing.

05Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, legitimate ordering on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, place fraudulent orders, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

06Service Availability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any order captured, estimate, or figure provided is complete, final, or accurate.

07Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuzzIt and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

08Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. We will post updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

09Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
