Text Message Program

BuzzIt LLC ("BuzzIt") offers a text message program that sends order-related updates to customers of the beverage distributors we serve. This page explains what messages you'll receive, how you opt in, and how to opt out. Messages are transactional only — we do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

01Who this is for and what you'll receive

The program is for the distributor's business customers — licensed retailers, bars, and restaurants — who place orders through BuzzIt's automated phone ordering line. If you opt in, you may receive:

• Order confirmations when an order is placed on your account.
• Order status and delivery updates.
• Replies to questions you send us about an existing order.

You will not receive marketing or promotional messages through this program.

02Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your ordering activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

03How you opt in

Because customers reach us by calling our ordering line, opt-in happens on the call. Before the call ends, our ordering assistant reads the following disclosure and requires a spoken “yes” before enrolling your number:

If you say yes, we record your mobile number along with the date and time of your consent. To confirm, we then send a one-time text that you must reply to before any further messages are sent:

Only customers who verbally agree on the call and confirm by text are enrolled.

04How to opt out or get help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at 307-690-2841 or justin@buzzitin.ai.

05Consent is not a condition of purchase

Agreeing to receive text messages is entirely optional and is not required to place an order or use BuzzIt in any way.

06Privacy
